Main achievements in 2022

Approval of the renewal of the Company’s concession until 2056. A historic milestone for MRS;
Implementation of a new strategic framework to govern the Company’s business guidelines;
Relevant progress in ESG agenda:
  • ESG goals are now included in the variable compensation of all employees;
  • Increased presence of women and ethnic and racial diversity in leadership positions;
  • Holding of the first Diversity and Inclusion Census;
  • New software implementation for supplier management, expanding verification on ESG issues;
  • Gold Seal at the Brazilian GHG Protocol Program, developed by FGVces (Center for Sustainability Studies of Fundação Getúlio Vargas – acronym in Portuguese) and score rise from D to C in CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project).
